About this service

JNNYBYTE LTD (company no. 15634007, 24 Stuart Crescent, Hayes, England, UB3 2QR) runs this jobs board so homeowners can find local tradespeople. We introduce you to each other. The contract for any work is between the homeowner and the tradesperson they hire.

Homeowners

Posting a job is free and you don't have to hire anyone.
Only the first part of your postcode is shown publicly. Your name, phone, email and full postcode are shared only with tradespeople you shortlist.
Check insurance, qualifications and references, and agree the price and scope in writing before work starts.

Tradespeople

Profiles are checked before they go live. Information you give must be true, including insurance and qualifications.
Only contact homeowners about the job they posted, and be polite and honest.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or receive serious complaints.

Reviews

Only the homeowner who hired a tradesperson for a job can review them for it. Reviews must be honest and fair. We may remove reviews that are abusive or clearly false.

Your data

We store the details you give us to run the service, send job and message alerts by email, and prevent misuse. We don't sell your data. You can change your details or delete your account at any time from Account settings. To ask about your data, email info@jnnybyte.co.uk.
